Q: Every time I do a conversion, it puts your logo on the output. Does this happen only with the trial version or will it happen with the registered version as well?

A: The registered version removes all our banners, labels and ads.

Q: I have two identities, how do I get Outlook Converter to "see" both of them?

A: You can switch between identities. After you make changes, just restart the program.

Q: I recently had to reinstall Windows 2000 and all the programs on my computer, including ARTIW outlook Converter. Need I a new License?

A: Please open and install the important key file attached to a registration email again.

Q: Can Artiw outlook converter can remove or delete attachments from mail folders and to shrink the size of dbx file?
A: Due to microsoft's limit support, the Artiw outlook converter can't remove and delete attachment from Outlook/Outlook Express mails folders.


Q: I have just purchased Artiw outlook Converter as a single user licence. I will be updating my computer system in the next few months. Am I entitled to install the program on my current and future machine, or is the licence only applicable for one computer?

A: The license is applicable for one user. After you update your system, please install the full version and the reg key again.

Q: What is your upgrade policy, do I need to pay money for upgrading software?
A: Registers of artiw have 2-year full support and free upgrade from their purchase day.
